Lakes Area Pride
Join our witness at Lakes Area Pride this Saturday, 11-3 at Brophy Park. Our church will have a table with some giveaways and also offer free mom, dad, and pastor hugs or a blessing to anyone who wishes to receive them. Food Trucks will be onsite. Allies are welcome! Join us if you can!!
DC Youth Trip Fundraiser
Remember the Easter Breakfast Caramel Rolls made by Barb Anderson? They will make another appearance NEXT Sunday, June 18 following worship. Donations for the youth trip to Washington DC in July will be gladly accepted!
Save the date!
Save Thursday, July 13th for our annual Salad Luncheon and Bake sale. We will need your help serving the luncheon, bringing salads and baked goods. Sign up sheets to help and bring salads are in the back of the church. Also, please pickup your tickets for the quilt raffle.
Cookies/Baked Goods Wanted
Do you have extra cookies or baked goods? Love to bake but don’t want a lot of extras at home. We would love to have a supply of frozen cookies to serve on Sundays. This would relieve the burden on those who choose to serve on Sunday. Please put them in the freezer in the Plymouth Room.
Tech Team Volunteers needed
Are you looking for a way to participate in our Worship but don’t want to be out front, you can help at the tech table. Training available. It is fun.
Help out with Worship
There are sign ups at the back of the church for June and July. If you are able to greet, usher, or read, help serve coffee or clean up after Fellowship, please sign up there.
Angel Express and Angel Care Team
The Angels for the month of May were Cathy Johnson (320) 763-3947 and Carolyn Chlian (218) 943-5630. Volunteers are needed to cover additional months. Please contact the church office or Daisy 763-9461.
Upcoming Birthdays and Anniversaries
If we have missed your birthday or anniversary, let usknow. Also we have discovered as we have transferred over to Churchtrac that we don’t have birthdays and special dates for a lot of us. Feel free to call the church to help us keep this up to date.
Morning Circle
The members of Circle One extend an invitation to ladies of the Church to join us for lunch on Thursday, June 15 at 11:30. This is a special event of socialization. If you are able to attend daytime meetings we would love to have you join us this month and, in the future, as well. We generally meet at 9:30 on the third Thursday. We greatly enhance our friendships within the Church Family by this fellowship!
Meals available
Our church has received a donation of frozen meals to distribute to people in need of a nutrition supplement. If the economy and times have made you a person a supplement would benefit or are aware of a person in need please contact Pastor Jill. All information will remain confidential.
June’s conference-wide mission offering
Strengthen the church is our conference mission offering for the month of June. Look for an envelope or write Strengthen the Church in the memo. Details of the offering follow.
